Power Pass related products and services’ s Terms and Conditions

The products, services complimentary offered by Vietjet or its partners is granted to customers on special promotion campaign by Vietjet. Those products and services are ruled by following terms and conditions. Besides, if there hasn’t been any regulation hereby, please refer to the terms and conditions published by the relatively partners on their owned website!

Service Type

Voucher reservation hotel at Furama Resort (Da Nang) or Ariyana SmartCondotel (Nha Trang)

Terms and Conditions

- Voucher valid for 01 (one) time use only.

- Booking made at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the check-in date via the registered email of Power Pass. The booking confirmation is subject to room availability and managed by the hotel. At the time of booking hotel, the passenger is required to provide with their Power Pass SkyBoss username account identification together with a hotel voucher.

- Change of booking must be made at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to check-in date. Outside this time limit, changes are not permitted, the hotel booked accommodation is treated as No-show and the voucher is no longer valid for use nor payment.

- At the time of hotel check-in, the passenger is required to present personal identification document: original of hotel voucher, hotel booking confirmation email, SkyBoss boarding pass.

- The Power Pass SkyBoss beneficiary’s names must be recorded in the hotel booking list.

- Hotel Voucher is not valid for exchange into cash, neither transferrable.

- Hotel Voucher is valid through 30/09/2021.

- In case of extending stay at the hotel, the passenger is required to contact the hotel check-in counter and would be entitled to a discount of 15% from the room rate published at the hotel official website at the time of the request.

Including

- 02 (two) nights staying at hotel/resort, breakfast included.

- For maximum 02 (two) adults accompanying with 02 (two) children under 12 (twelve) years old (bed-sharing with adults)

After the passenger successfully booked and paid for Power Pass SkyBoss, Power Pass owner is requested to provide the address via their registered email. Based on that, Vietjet sends the original voucher to the passenger via courier (*).

1. Passenger is required to provide complete and accurate information about the Recipient.

Information includes:

  • Full name
  • Contact phone number (specify country code)
  • Address (specify alley, ward, province, country, company name-if receiving at company’s address)

2. Vietjet is not responsible in the case that passenger has incorrect or incomplete address information, resulting in the voucher being incorrectly transferred or misplaced.

3. In case the voucher is returned, Vietjet will contact the Power Pass cardholder to resend. Vietjet reserves the right to acknowledge that passengers agreed not to receive the complimentary of Power Pass SkyBoss if sending more than 03 (three) times without received.

4. The booking is only accepted when the hotel/resort confirms the information at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the check-in time as prescribed by the hotel/resort via email.

5. All booking information must be sent via registered email on Vietjet. Vietjet is not responsible for any email other than a registered email.
